Rodney Stanback, President

Stanback has brought over 20 years of Security and Law Enforcement experience to RS Elite Security Enforcement. Stanback has a current Federal Secret clearance, has over 23 years of military experience, and is a combat veteran. Stanback has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. Stanback's priority on exceeding their client’s expectations transfers onto his officer. Stanbacks' military leadership skills have him making sure all of his security officers and headship team are trained to perform their security duties. Stanback focuses on his team being more professional and trained than any other security company.

Rodney A. Stanback, Vice President

In the fall of 2008, Rodney attended Vincennes University to study Criminal Justice. In 2010 he did volunteer work with IMPD. In 2012, he was employed as a Correction Officer at the Indiana Department of Correction located in Plainfield. In 2017, he started his police career at Indianapolis public school Police department. He has over 10 years of experience with law enforcement.

Roderick Stanback, CEO

Roderick Stanback studied criminal justice at Vincennes University and Ivy tech community college. After graduating Roderick pursued his lifelong goal of a career in law enforcement. Roderick’s started this goal at the Indiana Department of Correction. In 2017, Roderick’s joined the Indianapolis Public School Police Department. Roderick graduated from the Indiana Law Enforcement academy Tier 1 class 213 in 2017. In 2018 Roderick joined the Lebanon School Police Department. Roderick had a remarkable conviction for his job as a police officer and its invaluable purpose in society. Being a police officer was all he wanted, it was his calling, and he loved his job. 

Roderick loves his Indianapolis community. Whenever he has the chance, he enjoyed the outdoors. Fishing, basketball, football, and camping were some of his favorite activities. Roderick loves spending time with his family.
